Image processing authorization

The Company AGENCIA DE SERVICIOS EDUCACIONALES Y LINGÜÍSTICOS, S.L. located in AVDA. REYES DE ESPAÑA, 25 37008 Salamanca, has different web spaces, where informs and disseminates its activities. These websites may publish images that appear individually or in groups, natural persons, linked in any way to the company mentioned above, performing their own activities. Given that the right to one’s own image is recognized in article 18.1 of the Constitution and regulated by Organic Law 1/1982, of May 5, on the right to honour, personal and family privacy and the image itself, the management of EDUCATIONAL AND LINGUISTIC SERVICES AGENCY. S.L. in accordance with the Organic Law on Data Protection, requests the express consent of those affected to be able to publish photographs in which their images appear and in which they are clearly identifiable. Those affected have the right to access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by writing to the address indicated above. Attaching supporting documentation and being aware that your rights will be processed in the following publications and not in those already made so far.

By marking the image processing authorization, AGENCIA DE SERVICIOS EDUCACIONALES Y LINGÜÍSTICOS, S.L. is expressly authorized, that the image of your person may appear in photographs corresponding to activities organized by AGENCIA DE SERVICIOS EDUCACIONALES Y LINGÜÍSTICOS, S.L. and published on its website or in any other means of communication and dissemination, provided that the purpose of this authorization is respected.

AGENCIA DE SERVICIOS EDUCACIONALES Y LINGÜÍSTICOS, S.L. undertakes not to assign said images for any other purpose or to treat them for purposes other than those authorized in this document.
